Nobody can promise a site will never be broken into, and anybody who does is selling something. What can be promised is that it is updated, backed up and watched, which is most of the risk gone.

How often is the site backed up?

Every week, with two weeks of copies kept, so there is always a version from before whatever went wrong. Store plans are backed up every night instead, because a day of lost orders costs more than a day of lost pages.

Do you cover sites you did not build?

Yes. If your site has already been broken into we clean it first and quote for that separately, then it goes on a plan like any other.

Included in every care plan, at no extra cost. If you are not with us and your site has been broken into, a repair is ₹15,000 to ₹25,000. Prices do not include GST.
