Included. The server, the SSL certificate and your domain are all inside the yearly plan fee, and the SSL renews itself. There is no separate hosting bill and no renewal that jumps in year two.

What happens if the site goes down?

We are watching it, so we usually know before you do. Monitoring runs day and night and alerts us rather than waiting for a customer to tell you your site is broken.

Can I host somewhere else and still use you?

Yes, though it makes the care plan harder to honour, because we can only guarantee uptime and backups on a server we control. If you have a reason to stay where you are, tell us and we will say honestly what we can and cannot cover.

Email at your own name

Email like you@yourbusiness.in instead of a Gmail address. Two mailboxes on Starter, five on Business, ten on Pro, set up on your computer and your phone. Extra mailboxes are ₹500 a year each.

Where your site lives

On servers run by Linode, part of Akamai. If your site changes daily and you need a nightly copy, we can set that up. If you need copies kept for longer, ask.

Your domain

We register your domain in your name. If you decide to go elsewhere you take it with you, and we will help you move.
