Websites, software and maintenance

Custom software

Small software for the jobs you are currently running on WhatsApp messages, phone calls and a notebook.

Some people call this a web application, or a portal. It means software that runs in a browser, so nobody has to install anything: you and your staff open a web address and log in, from a computer or a phone.

If you have been told you need a CRM, a dashboard or an admin panel, those are names for parts of the same thing: somewhere your enquiries, customers and numbers live, that only your people can see.

The sort of thing we build

  • Bookings and appointments, so customers pick a slot themselves
  • A record of enquiries, so nothing gets forgotten
  • Customer or member lists, with renewals and reminders
  • Pages only your staff can see
  • Reports on what happened last month

What it costs

Custom software starts at ₹1.5 lakh to build, and from ₹15,000 a month to look after. No two are the same, so the exact figure depends on what it has to do. We work out what it has to do, then give you a fixed price before anything starts. Extra work afterwards is ₹1,250 an hour. Prices do not include GST.

  • Questions people ask

How is this different from a website?

A website tells people about you. This does work: takes bookings, keeps records, shows staff what to do today, and produces the reports you currently make in a spreadsheet. It usually sits behind a login rather than being public.

    Who owns what you build?

You do. It is written for your business, and it stays yours. You are not renting it back from us afterwards.

What if I need changes later?

Most people do, because the first version teaches you what you actually wanted. Changes are quoted as they come, and the monthly fee covers running it, hosting it and keeping it patched rather than a fixed amount of new work.
