Fix a broken website

Down, hacked, showing a warning, or you have lost the login. Tell us what you are seeing and we will tell you what it takes to put it right.

What we are usually called about

  • The site is down, or shows an error instead of the page
  • Google or the browser warns visitors that the site is not safe
  • It has been hacked: strange pages, spam, or visitors sent somewhere else
  • Nobody has the login and the person who built it has gone
  • It is so slow that people give up and leave

How it works

  • Send us the address and tell us what you are seeing.
  • We look, usually the same working day, and tell you what is wrong and what it costs.
  • We fix it, then take a clean backup.

What it costs

Most repairs are between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000, depending on what we find. Out of hours it starts at ₹5,000. Prices do not include GST, and you get yours before we start.

  • Questions people ask

    How quickly can you look?

Usually the same working day. Send the web address and what you are seeing. You get a fixed price before any work starts, so nothing is spent until you have agreed it.

    Will it just happen again?

Not if the way in is closed. Restoring a backup on its own puts the same weakness straight back, which is why sites get hacked twice. We clean it, close the hole, and leave you with a backup that works.

What if you cannot fix it?

Sometimes the honest answer is that rebuilding costs less than repairing, and we will tell you that rather than bill you for hours against a site that is not worth saving.
